I think this is where we should write our job description, and it will also function as an advertisement for all our good points and specialised skills. We can keep working on this, writing notes and amending each other's drafts, until we're happy with it.
We talked about using all the usual jargon - a self-starter, good at team-working - and trying to put it into our own words so it didn't sound so annoying. But, actually, I have realised I don't like anyone else, except you. I don't want to be a "team player". Can I be a maverick instead?
