i) Don't ask either/or questions if you want to learn something. Don't only ask yourself - ask other people.
Case 0003
i) Don't feel guilty if someone hints at something you don't understand. Maybe they are praising you, not critising.(See comments section - my panic about the headstand reference in the main post.)
